History's Professor Mintz Chosen 2005 McGovern Lecturer

The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences cordially invites you to attend the John P. McGovern Annual Award Lecture in Family, Health, and Human Values
This year's Award Lecturer is our own Professor Steven Mintz, John and Rebecca Moores Professor of History at the University of Houston
Steve is an award-winning author on the history of the family, and currently is national co-chair of the Council on Contemporary Families.
Please join us Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at the McGovern Museum of Health and Medical Science; reception at 6:30, lecture at 7:00.
