UH Hosts Fifth Annual Mexican American History Workshop

The University of Houston Department of History will host the fifth annual Mexican American History Workshop. The theme for 2006 is Comparative Approaches to Chicana/o History. David Montejano, from the University of California, Berkeley, will be the senior scholar for the workshop.
In addition to the history department, other workshop sponsors include is hosting the Tenneco Lecture Series (UH), Humanities Texas, the UH Cullen Professor of History and Business, and the UH College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.
